We believe every good project starts with a discovery phase, and understanding interrelationships that exist between relevant social, economic and environmental factors relating to the specific site is critical to us. We'll utilise asset mapping and a range of data analytic sets of a specific site to inform and align stakeholder goals.
We'll do the hard work of creating an engaging participatory process that works for your specific site. Our favorite types of place activation is centered around design thinking, food, play and place-based approaches. We want to capture the community needs of all types of residents, young and old, from development to the broader neighbourhood.
3. DESIGN + ACTIVATE
As Architects and design strategists who also understand property value, this is where we excel - we can design, prototype, test, and iterate a program that works for the communal spaces allocated on your site. We're all about interfacing top down and bottom up decision making for mutual benefit and to truly make beautiful spaces of real social value.
4. NEGOTIATE + DEVELOP
This is where tested sites which succeed in creating socially beneficial and inclusive spaces go from Pop up to Permanence. We collaborate with community and developer to follow through the creation of community dividends for the residents who will use them on a day to day basis.
